We have an amazing opportunity for a Trade Parts Specialist to join our dealership in Tamworth.

This is a full time role.

Hours 45

Salary Up to £25,552 dependant on age plus bonus

Bonus OTE £7000

Total Bonus Potential £32,552

You will be:

• Taking in-bound and out-bound telephone enquiries, dealing with walk-in customers and online parts sales channels.

• Courteous, responsive and efficient in handling all customer orders whilst projecting the quality image of the brand and delivering the highest levels of customer service throughout.

• Focused on repeat business and developing long-term customer relationships by providing excellent product knowledge and projecting a friendly and helpful approach to all customers.

• Highly motivated and organised toward achieving personal parts sales targets, profit targets and telesales activity levels as required for the role.

You will have:

• Previous relevant experience working within a parts and/or sales role.

• Pride in your ability to maximise sales and profit opportunities.

• A competitive and process driven background and possess excellent communication and customer handling skills.

• Excellent IT skills.

• A valid UK driving licence.
