We have an opportunity for a Local Business Development Manager to join the team at our flagship dealership in Stockport.

This role will be be representing prestigious brands such as Mercedes-Benz cars, Mercedes-Benz Vans, BYD and Smart. If you are dynamic and results driven then this could be the role for you!

Hours 40

Salary - Up to £30,000 Plus Uncapped OTE Bonus

You will:

  • Identify and engage with potential fleet and business customers
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective customers, to understand their fleet requirements
  • Prepare comprehensive and competitive sales proposals, including pricing, financing, leasing and maintenance packages
  • Maintain accurate and up to date customer records in the CRM system
  • Stay a head of industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities related to fleet and business sales
  • Monitor and analyse customer feedback, market research and sales data to identify areas for improvement

You will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
  • Proven experience in fleet and business sales, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent understanding of fleet management, leasing, financing and relevant taxation regulations
  • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • A valid UK driving licence

This role will require frequent travel, with some overnight stays.
