We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our flagship dealership in Stockport.

This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £23,808.

You will be:

• Preparing and posting daily banking ready for sign off by Accountant.

• Preparing and posting information from payment journal and bank statement.

• Preparing and posting Bank Reconciliation ready for sign off by Accountant

• Raising of all site cheques ensuring all correct documentation and authority is obtained thereby ensuring timely submission to Hub Site.

• Registering purchase invoices ensuring accompanied by valid purchase order.

• Controlling of site petty cash.

• Co-ordinating flow of documentation/post between sites and hub.

• Ensuring all internal and external customers and suppliers are handled with courtesy and ensure the LSH Auto UK experience is delivered to all finance and administration contacts at all times.

You will have:

• Experience of working within a dealership accounts department.

• Good background in most aspects of the administration function.

• IT literate with training/knowledge of the Kerridge computer system.

• Ability to cope with tight deadlines maintaining accuracy.

• Basic VAT/tax knowledge.

• Professional manner with good communication skills.
