Service Administrator

We have an amazing opportunity for a Service Administrator to join the team at our dealership in Whitefield.

Hours - 40

Salary - £22,713

You will:

• Maximise available hours to ensure sold hours targets are achieved.
• Promote other services and products to customers as appropriate.
• Raise vehicle job cards for each job and pass to workshop control.
• Notify customers of all problems or additional work required and gain authority to proceed, keeping them fully informed of the progress of the work.
• Liaise effectively with customer booking, workshop loading and parts operation.

You will have:

• Excellent IT skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Ability to work within a team
