Parts Specialist

We have an amazing opportunity for a Parts Specialist to join our team at Mercedes Birmingham.

This is a full time role.

Hours 45

Salary up to £27,261 Plus OTE Bonus

You will be:

• Ensuring parts are regularly replenished, providing a swift service to workshop and other departments as well as trade/retail customers.
• Courteous, responsive and efficient in handling all customer orders whilst projecting the quality image of the brand and delivering the highest levels of customer service throughout.
• Supplying the service department with outstanding levels of service including team working, pre-picking and supporting both the sales and service department with technical product queries.
• Highly motivated and organised toward achieving personal parts sales targets and profit targets as required for the role.
• Analytical and organised.

You will have:

• Previous relevant experience working within a parts and/or sales role.
• Pride in your ability to maximise sales and profit opportunities.
• A competitive and process driven background and possess excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Excellent IT skills.
• A valid UK driving licence.
• Excellent IT skills.
