Job description

We have an amazing opportunity for a Aftersales Retention Specialist to join our customer experience team at our flagship dealership in Stockport.

You will be accountable for the management, delivery and monitoring of all aspects of service contract lead management programme and customer retention, to maximise opportunities from existing service customers leading to high levels of customer retention and service visits.

Hours - 40

Salary - £22,713

Bonus - £8,400

You will

  • Upsell to current service customers by converting leads sent to you by the inbound team
  • Follow up on all service bookings that we haven't converted the day after booking creation
  • Contact customer renewal data to renew expiring plans
  • Contact all sales customers prior to the first service to ensure a high penetration of the new service contract product

You will have

  • The ability to develop and maintain a good understanding of the Mercedes-Benz brand, their products and processes to provide customers with sound information and advice
  • Attention to detail to maintain records and progress while maintaining compliant with group policy and regulatory regimes at all times
  • Business focus to present and demonstrate the product professionally using effective online selling techniques
  • Strong communication and systems knowledge to build customer and professional relationships alike
