We have an amazing opportunity for a Telephonist to join us in our flagship dealership in Stockport.

This is a full time role with a salary of £20,800

You will be:

  • Working part of a team, responsible for answering all inbound telephone calls covering all departments and enquiry types.
  • Ensuring fielding of calls to the relevant teams, departments or colleagues is done timely and accurately.
  • Maintaining the professional image and reputation of the company in all contact with customers and internal colleague.
  • Required to undertake live chat and outbound calls.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction at the highest level by providing a high quality and pro-active service.
  • Supporting Team Leaders with various tasks when necessary.
  • Representing the business and maintain the Group’s mission and vision, to be the Benchmark in Customer Service.

You will have:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, with the confidence to liaise at all levels.
  • Ability to deal with busy inbound calls and live chats.
  • Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Good IT skills
