We are excited to announce we have opened our first BYD store in West London and we are looking for a Mandarin Speaking BYD Sales Executive to join the team. LSH Auto UK are the official dealer partner of BYD in the UK.

You will:

• You will respond in a professional and timely manner to all enquiries, both appointed and walk-ins.

• Ensure all leads are recorded and updated on the relevant systems.

• Take responsibility for the delivery of a luxury customer experience by ‘Putting the customer first always’.

• Ensure that the store is well-stocked, merchandised and maintained according to BYD standards.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

• Represent BYD brand values and uphold its reputation in the market.

You will have:

Ability to speak Mandarin

• Proven experience in a Sales position or similar role in the retail or automotive industry

• Knowledge of electric vehicles and BYD products

• Strong customer service and sales orientation

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

• A full UK driving licence.
