Loyalty Retention Specialist - Sales

We have an amazing opportunity for a Loyalty Retention Specialist to join the team at our flagship dealership in Stockport.

This is a full time role of 40 hours

Basic salary - £22,713 

Bonus OTE - Uncapped

You will be:

• Engaging with existing customers representing the 6 LSH dealerships to understand our customers' requirements and preferences for their next vehicle purchase.
• Courteous, responsive and efficient whilst projecting the quality image of the brand.
• Promoting showroom appointments for finance contract reviews to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. 
• Achieving personal targets, hitting objectives and promoting showroom appointments for finance contract reviews.
• Highly motivated and organised.

You will have:

• Previous experience working within a sales role.
• A genuine passion and desire to provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and will be recognised as being a self-motivated team player and target achiever.
• A minimum of 2 years experience working in a sales role.
• A competitive and process driven sales environment background and possess excellent communication and customer handling skills.
