We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our flagship dealership in Stockport.

Hours - 40

Salary - £29,046

Bonus - £6000

You will be:

• · Agreeing with warranty claims and ensuring that all documentation and parts for return are processed in line with the vehicle warranty procedures.

• · Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

• · Returning documentation for rejected warranty items for re-costing by service administration

• · Ensuring that the image and levels of customer service within the department is in line with company standards

• · Making sure customer complaints are dealt with effectively.

• · Handling all internal and external customers and suppliers with courtesy and ensure the Mercedes-Benz experience is delivered to all contacts at all times.

You will have:

• · Ability to organise and interpret data in order to provide clear information.

• · Proven track record of delivering a high calibre of customer services

• · The ability to tackle tasks in a structured manner and ensuring completion to plan and to quality standards.
