Working as part of our operational Human Resources Team, this exciting new position is based at our flagship dealership Mercedes Benz of Stockport.

You will:
- Be experienced in HR admin including issuing offer letters, contracts, referencing, dealing with investigations, disciplinaries and grievances.
- Have gained involvement with training and development, resourcing, employee relations, and recognition.
- Ensure our resourcing cycle is working fluidly with vacancies filled efficiently
- Ensure our colleagues learning and development milestones are achieved
- Ensure our dealership leaders have all the necessary people tools around them to make people management as easy as it can be.
- Ensure our new starter onboarding is effective.
- Own timely resolution of employee relations issues, ensuring they are dealt with in accordance with our policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the dealership's leadership team to make the dealership a great place to work.
- Collaboratively work with stakeholders to ensure our values are lived and our policies and procedures are understood.
You will have:
- Operational experience, gained from a hands-on operational HR role, ideally within a fast paced environment - working in retail, hospitality, or leisure is a great fit within our business
- CIPD level 7 is essential for this position - working towards will be considered
- Spent at least 5 years in an operational role and want to take on new responsibilities working with a global corporate luxury brand
