Handover Experience Partner

We are currently seeking a Handover Experience Partner to work within our flagship dealership in Stockport.

This is a full time position of 40 hours with a salary of £24,232 plus bonus.

You will be:

• Responsible for delivering a great customer handover experience from point of sale to customer collection
• Liaising with customers with progress reports
• Ensuring all correct documentation is available for a seamless handover.
• You will be an expert in designing the customer journey.
• You will have:
• Creative experience of delivering outstanding customer services.
• A natural affinity for building relationships with new customers and visitors.
• A great knowledge of the Mercedes Benz products to ensure that the customer has a full understanding of their vehicle and its systems.
• You will make our customer experience the best that it can possibly be ensuring we have 100% customer satisfaction.
